June 2023 Market Report

The average home price is still around $412,000, a slight 3% dip compared to the previous period. Inventory continues to grow, having surged by a whopping 60%. Homes are sitting on the market for about a week on average, and a property that doesn't find its match within that time frame often takes a full month (and significant price drops) to sell.
